Bethany Formica graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in 1994. She currently is an adjunct professor at Rowan University and performs with BoanDanz Action, Melanie Stewart, and Dada von Bzdülöw Theatre, and is in rehearsals for a new duet with Scott McPheeters, choreographed by Megan Mazarick. Formica has taught throughout the U.S. and the Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, Italy, Ireland, and England. She received a 2008 Fellowship from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.  Her work has been presented at Artimiste’ in Italy; Dance Corporation Festival in Poland; DNA, Dancespace Center, Charcharma, the Jennifer Muller Studio, and One Arm Red in NYC; The Wilma Theater, Philadelphia Live Arts Festival, Dancehouse, Christ Church, the CEC, University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
